Doll Care & Maintenance Guide
Keep your companion doll in pristine condition with proper care.
Daily Cleaning
After each use, clean your doll with mild antibacterial soap and warm water. Use a soft microfiber cloth — never abrasive sponges. For internal cleaning of TPE dolls, use a dedicated irrigation kit. Silicone dolls can be sterilized with boiling water (internal parts only).
Drying
Pat dry with a soft, lint-free towel. Never rub aggressively — this can damage the material surface. Allow to air dry completely before storage. Moisture trapped in joints or crevices can lead to mold.
Powdering
Apply renewing powder (cornstarch-based for TPE, specialized silicone powder for silicone dolls) after each cleaning to maintain the soft, lifelike skin texture. Powder prevents stickiness and protects the material.
Storage
Store your doll lying flat on a soft surface, or hanging from the neck bolt in a closet. Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and dark fabrics that may transfer dye. Use the included storage bag or a dedicated cabinet.
Joint Care
Articulated skeletons have 32-44 joints. Move joints slowly and smoothly — never force a joint past its natural range. If a joint becomes loose, contact support for adjustment guidance. Do not attempt skeleton repairs yourself.
