1. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older (21 in some jurisdictions) to purchase from REAL-DOLL. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to request age verification.
2. Product Use
All products are sold as adult novelty items and companionship products. Products are intended for legal, consensual use by adults. Any misuse, modification, or use contrary to local laws is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is due at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies. Orders are processed upon payment confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.
4. Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order dolls require a 30% non-refundable deposit. Production begins upon deposit receipt. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes are estimates. REAL-DOLL is not liable for customs delays, carrier errors, or force majeure events. The risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon carrier handoff. All shipments are insured at full value.
6. Returns & Warranty
Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects reported within 14 days of delivery. All dolls are covered by a 12-month structural warranty on the skeleton and a 90-day warranty on silicone/TPE integrity. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear.
7. Intellectual Property
All product designs, sculpts, photography, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of REAL-DOLL. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
REAL-DOLL's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
